1. Q- What happens to existing software users should I no longer subscribe to the system?

A- Their software continues to work. After 365 days, the content of their volume simply repeats indefinitely. When your subscription ends you are no longer able to give new copies of the software out and when they click on the "compliments of" area of the Upplet no sponsor is available.

2. Q - What keeps me from subscriber to the service for a month or two, copying the applets and just sending them out via email.

A - Due to virus threats, many people are afraid to open a file that is emailed to them - even if it comes with a personal message. In fact most email clients such as Microsoft Outlook will not enable receipt of an executable file ( .exe ). The GiftServer provides your clients with a safe and trusted way to download the files.

3. Q - Can I put the files on my website.

A- No, our license does not permit you to do that that but you can link to the file on our server.

4. Q- Am I able to know how many times customers have downloaded software from my server account?

A- Not now but we plan to offer basic download reporting in the future.

6. Q - Can I buy Ponder software on an individual basis without subscribing to the Relationship Building System.

A- Yes, Ponder greetingware CDs are available for purchase ( see http://www.ponders.biz/greetingware.html ) Please note that the product is "self-contained". The CD version available to subscribers only is less.

5. Q - What if I change company or contact information?

A- One of the advantages of our system is that you can update contact information. The only exception is customized branding on the front of the Upplet software.

6. Q - I am interested in having my own content added to the daily message. How do I do that?

A- Our team can provide custom content streams. Please call for consultation and quote.

7. Q - Can I become a distributor or representative for Ponder services?

A- We do offer a PonderPartner program available to qualified marketing services professionals. You must be a business owner ( 1099 versus W2).
