1. Give the Gift to Yourself
Take a couple minutes out of the day and review your Ponders. They are a great way to start the day. Take advantage of sales training series (Brian Tracy, Root Canal etc). Reflect on the quote – think on someone you know that might benefit from that specific thought of the day and call or email them.
2. Give at Call Completion
At the end of telephone calls ask “Oh by the Way” do you have a couple minutes, I would like to show you something. Ask if they are sitting in front of their computer and take them to your personal GiftServer page. Downloading and installing the service often takes less than a minute.
3. Create a Running Thank You list
This is a great way to kick start a customer appreciation program. Just keep a list handy and add to it daily. You will be amazed how many people start making it on the list. Send them a thank you card with a Ponders Gift card enclosed.
