Creating a distribution list and then emailing your personal GiftServer page to that list is one of the fastest, easiest and most effective ways to give Ponder Pearls to members of your current sphere of influence. One Ponder sponsor was able to obtain over 1200 recipients in two weeks just by emailing an invitation to Ponders to a distribution list. Approximately 50% of those receiving the invitation did download the gift. Results may vary but this is now one of our most favorite ways to give Ponders. We recommend printing this page and then following the instructions.

The first step in creating a distribution list in Outlook is going to the "File" menu, selecting "New" and "Distribution List":

A "Select Members" window will open. On the left side is a scroll area labeled "Name". This is where you should see any contact names you have entered into the Outlook program. Click on the scroll-down arrow to begin to see the names in the database.

As you scroll down, you can begin to select those you wish to add as members of the distribution list by clicking on the "Members" button in the middle. When you do that it will place the name and corresponding email address in the right hand column.

Once you have created a list and named it, just click on the "Save and Close" button. This list is now accessible from the "To" button when you are composing an email.

This next step is very exciting! Using Internet Explorer ( Not FireFox or Mozilla browser) go to http://www.ponderpearls.com and enter your personal giftcode. This should take you to your personal GiftServer page. Once you are viewing your page, go to the "File" menu and select "Send Page by E-mail". This will allow you to send an email version of the GiftServer page complete with a hyperlink to your Upplet software. This means that all the intended recipient needs to do is click on the button. They do not need to visit the gateway page, enter a giftcode or anything else.

If MS Outlook is your default email, it will automatically open up to allow you to write a letter. Click on the "To..." button and find the distribution list you just created. You do not need to write anything. Your recipients will see the "cover letter" that is at your GiftServer page. The email they will receive will contain your branding bar and photo. The "DOWNLOAD" link at the top of the page will allow them to download your personalized Upplet.

In most cases, when your recipients open their email they will be greeted by a your personal GiftServer page. Having your photo on the page allows the recipient to trust the software as safe. It doesn't get much easier than this.
